We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the courier leaves. Customers are welcome to inspect their order while the courier is present. Any return or exchange must be made on the spot.

Yes. You may check your item while the courier is waiting. Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
What condition must items be in for returns?
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
