Refund policy

At ZALYA, each piece is carefully designed and quality-checked. Kindly review our policy before placing an order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the courier leaves.

• Customers are allowed to check the item while the courier is present.
• Any return or exchange must be made on the spot while the courier is waiting.
• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Shipping fees are paid by the customer in case of exchange or return.

Important Notes:
• Items showing signs of wear, perfume, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
